Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders placed through the online store at hangar3.ch.

Centaurium Vintage Aviation AG
Girardstrasse 61
CH-2540 Grenchen
Switzerland

shop@hangar3.ch

(hereinafter “Hangar 3”)

The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the order shall apply. By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter “Customer”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Line

The online store sells clothing and merchandise (e.g., lighters, mugs, caps, and badges). Images in the store may differ slightly from the actual product (e.g., in terms of color).

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract. The contract is concluded as soon as Hangar 3 confirms the order by sending an order confirmation via email or ships the goods. An automatically generated acknowledgment of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the offer.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax. Additional shipping costs may apply (see Section 6). The price listed in the store at the time of the order is the binding price.

5. Terms of Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process [Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, Klarna, TWINT]. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Hangar 3 delivers exclusively within Switzerland.

Items are shipped once a week via Swiss Post's A-Post service. As a result, processing and delivery times may be delayed accordingly.

Shipping within Switzerland is free for orders of CHF 100 or more. For orders under CHF 100, a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF [insert amount] will be charged.

The delivery times listed are estimates and are not binding. Hangar 3 assumes no liability for delays or losses that fall within the postal service’s area of responsibility.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Hangar 3 until full payment has been made.

8. Return Policy

Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online orders. However, Hangar 3 voluntarily grants a 14-dayright of return from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

The condition for a return is that the merchandise must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and complete, returned in its original packaging along with any labels.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once Hangar 3 has received and inspected the returned item, it will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns must be reported in advance by email toshop@hangar3.ch.

9. Warranties and Defects

The statutory provisions on warranties under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 et seq. CO) apply.

Obvious defects must be reported to Hangar 3 immediately upon receipt of the goods, but no later than within 7 days, by email to shop@hangar3.ch; hidden defects must be reported immediately upon their discovery. In the event of a valid complaint, Hangar 3 will, at its discretion, provide a replacement, repair the item, or refund the purchase price.

10. Liability

Hangar 3 is liable for damages only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, as well as for indirect and consequential damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability provisions, in particular those under the Product Liability Act, remain reserved.

11. Governing Law

The contractual relationship is governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Hangar 3’s registered office in Grenchen. We reserve the right to invoke mandatory places of jurisdiction, particularly those in favor of consumers.

12. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is ineffective or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
